Acuform was selected to remodel an existing sales building for Cantu Chevrolet. After some initial assessment, it was determined that there was little to salvage for a new facility and the construction of a completely new building was actually going to be more cost effective. We worked with the Owner to develop a site plan which permitted him to keep his existing sales and service operations in effect until the new building was complete. We also worked with the Owner and Chevrolet EBE program administrators to incorporate elements unique to the owner’s business operations.

 

Absent any governmental review, Acuform was heavily involved during construction to ensure building compliance with building and fire codes. The new facility features GM’s latest image elements including a first class showroom, customer waiting area, offices, and a service drive-thru. The new facility permits employees to perform their duties more efficiently and enables the owner to continue to outpace the competition as one of the fastest growing dealerships of south Texas. This new dealership is a great addition to the City of Freer.
