Acuform was engaged by a local contractor to design a clean, simple, and secure pawn shop facility on San Antonio’s west side. The concept emphasized flexibility and security, with a modest retail storefront supported by an economical construction approach utilizing core-filled CMU walls.
A key aspect of this project was navigating the jurisdictional review and approval process, which proved challenging given the site’s historic plat and infill location. Acuform’s expertise in coordinating with local authorities and addressing regulatory requirements was instrumental to the project’s success.
The completed facility now stands as a dynamic addition to West Commerce Street, delivering exactly what the client envisioned. Pleased with the outcome, the owner is already considering Acuform for additional locations across Texas.
