Holt Manufacturing Paint and Blast Building

Acuform was brought in to assist with the conversion of a former Caterpillar facility to a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for Holt. The project included retooling several buildings and replacing a significant amount of industrial equipment, including cranes, robots, presses, lathes and welders. Coordinating the workflow and processes were instrumental in ensuring all the equipment was positioned correctly with all the structural and MEP requirements being met. Significant structural, mechanical and electrical upgrades were required and several new buildings are planned to accommodate a self-contained paint booth, blast booth and a new burn table room.
