HOLT Manufacturing Paint and Blast Building

Following the successful renovation of Holt’s 200,000 SF manufacturing facility in Waco, Acuform was once again engaged to support the company’s continued expansion. When Holt purchased the former Caterpillar plant, Acuform was initially brought in to retool the facility for the production of specialized generator and heavy equipment accessories. Building on that foundation, Holt later tasked Acuform with designing a new industrial paint and media blast booth building to further enhance operations.

This expansion required precise coordination of specialized equipment and utility systems to meet the unique demands of advanced manufacturing processes. Working closely with equipment representatives and engineers, Acuform ensured seamless integration of all systems and a smooth construction process. Our knowledge of industrial workflows, structural integration, and MEP requirements was critical in delivering a facility that not only expands capacity but also supports the long-term efficiency and reliability of Holt’s manufacturing operations.
