Acuform has been a trusted design partner for Holt Cat in the development of Texas First Rentals facilities across the state. Texas First Rentals, a Holt Cat company, provides construction professionals with a wide range of equipment rental solutions from earthmoving machinery and aerial lifts to power generation and specialty tools, delivering dependable service and support throughout Texas.
Our work with the brand began with the very first Texas First Rentals location in San Marcos and has since expanded to more than a dozen projects, including both new ground-up facilities and renovations of existing sites. Each project has been carefully tailored to balance function, efficiency, and speed of construction while reinforcing the company’s identity as a modern, customer-focused rental provider.
The most recent project, the flagship Texas First Rentals store in Austin, showcases a fresh design approach that captures the city’s unique character. Using pre-engineered metal building systems in an innovative way, Acuform delivered a facility that is efficient, cost-effective, and distinctly modern, setting the standard for future Texas First Rentals locations.
We realize the scope-budget equation is challenging, but Acuform delivered a very workable solution exceeding our expectations.
