Acuform was contracted for architectural and engineering services for a new commercial truck service facility for Jordan Ford. The program is a relatively new launch from Ford and this provides a new space for Jordan Ford to expand their commercial vehicle service offerings.
Having worked with the well-established Jordan Ford dealership in the past, their current site was completely land locked and there were no opportunities for new development on their current site.
Jordan Ford acquired an infill parcel near their existing facility. Acuform worked up a site plan to meet the program on a very wide but shallow parcel.
Acuform came up with a simple and cost-effective solution giving us greater confidence to move into this new market focused exclusively on commercial trucks.
