Acuform was engaged to design a new facility that reflects ASCO’s strong commitment to customer service and its value-based reputation. The project required a cost-conscious solution that addressed immediate operational needs while maintaining the flexibility to accommodate future growth.
The design features a completely open sales floor anchored by a full-width service desk along the back wall, highlighting ASCO’s dedication to service and customer support. A large training room was incorporated to support employee development and ensure a higher caliber of service staff. Working closely with ASCO’s corporate executives, Acuform also helped define a bold, cost-effective image program that reinforces the strength of the reputable brands sold and serviced at the facility.
Operational efficiency was further enhanced through the inclusion of a 12-bay service shop, a dedicated implement repair bay and an equipment wash facility with a recycled water system. These features deliver long-term value and support ASCO’s service-driven mission.
