Acuform was selected by an independent project manager for this facility due to our understanding of dental offices and our ability to develop cost-effective custom design solutions. Acuform developed plans for a 10,400 SF medical office building.
Our task was to maximize the selected site with a building that was both distinctive and cost-effective. A tight site with limited vehicular access limited the options for site layout and drove the building location and general footprint. Working with several owner representatives, we were able to work toward one cohesive design solution that met the client’s goals of a distinctive building style, cost-effective construction and efficient interior spaces.
The client was very happy with a building that met their needs and a high quality of design services was absolutely a key component of that success.
