Acuform was contracted for architecture and engineering services in connectin with two new garden-style apartment buildings and an amenities center within an established appartment community in suburban Converse. We lead the successful charge to seek a variance from the strict 750 SF minimum apartment size to develop highly desireable one bedroom units. The goal was value driven. Unit plans were efficiently arranged and the finishes were kept modern but basic and the overall building designs were handled to blend within the surrounding structures.
Your team was very attentive to our needs and came up with a game plan that nailed it. After our denial at Planning and Zoning, we thought this project was scrapped, but Acuform was able to convince City Council that this was the right development for the community enabling us to move forward.
