Acuform partnered with the Owner to develop a strategic site plan that allowed existing sales and service operations to remain fully functional throughout construction of the new facility. This phased approach minimized business disruption and maintained continuity for customers and staff.
In collaboration with both the Owner and administrators of the Chevrolet Essential Brand Elements (EBE) program, Acuform tailored the design to incorporate GM’s latest image standards while accommodating operational features specific to the dealership’s unique needs.
With no formal governmental review required for the project, Acuform played a critical role during construction to ensure full compliance with current building and fire codes. The completed facility includes a first-class showroom, customer waiting area, administrative offices and a modern service drive-thru, all designed to deliver a premium experience aligned with Chevrolet’s evolving brand identity.
Careful planning was done to permit the existing sales and service operations in effect until the construction was complete.
