We were approached by a local contractor to assist with the plans for a clean but simple pawn shop facility on San Antonio’s west side. The concept was super simple, flexible and secure with only a small area of retail storefront. The construction was kept simple and economical employing the use of core-filled CMU construction. Acuform was tasked with regulatory approvals which proved challenging for this infill parcel with a historic plat.
At the end of the project, the building serves as a dynamic milestone along West Commerce street and the client was very happy with the facility and is currently considering Acuform for additional locations throughout the state.
