This Boerne, Texas location marked Acuform’s first project with Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, launching a trusted partnership that has since expanded across multiple office locations. Situated in one of the region’s most competitive and affluent real estate markets, the project focused on delivering a modern, adaptable workspace to support both immediate needs and long-term growth.

Collaborating with the company’s business manager and leadership team, Acuform evaluated existing operations and proposed targeted improvements—including more flexible floor plans, reduced circulation space, and the addition of shared outdoor areas for staff. The final design promotes collaboration, maximizes usable space, and includes a 2,800-square-foot tenant area that allows for future business expansion.
