Acuform was engaged by a national retail developer to design a straightforward, cost-effective building for Dollar Tree. The project was located on a complex site with multiple utility and drainage constraints. Working closely with our civil engineering team, we developed a coordinated site and building plan that satisfied municipal requirements and ensured constructability.

Although Acuform was not contracted for full construction administration, our team remained a trusted partner throughout the project. When unexpected challenges emerged during construction, Acuform responded with quick, creative thinking and coordinating with consultants and city officials to develop effective, code-compliant solutions that kept the project moving forward. Our proactive involvement demonstrated our commitment to problem-solving, even beyond our initial scope of work.
