Genuity Drywall

We were hired to develop a design for a growing drywall company in San Antonio. We worked with the Owner to create a simple, yet functional layout employing a basic pre-engineered metal building system. While the primary attention was for an open and very functional shop space, we worked closely with the owner to accommodate their employee break areas, offices, conference room and an elegant guest reception space orderly and efficiently.

We added the custom entry, wrap around front porch gave the building a premier street appeal. We selected many custom finishes inside and the Owner added further creative touches to more resemble a high-end custom home than a commercial office building.
