Acuform was happy to continue our long-standing relationship with Holt Cat and is proud to design their largest and most advanced dealership to date, a new flagship facility strategically located to serve as a central hub for the region. This state-of-the-art campus will not only provide sales and service but also support machine rebuilds for HOLT’s network of locations.
The expansive facility includes a customer-focused sales showroom, support offices, conference rooms, a dedicated training room and an employee breakroom. The heart of the building is an 18-bay service shop equipped with the latest tooling and technology, supported by a central warehouse that will serve both this location and smaller dealerships in the area. Specialized spaces include a component rebuild shop, a hydraulic service shop and an equipment wash facility featuring recycled water systems.
Set on a 60-acre site master planned for future growth, the property also incorporates a walking trail to promote a healthy lifestyle for employees and visitors. The project required extensive programming, code research and close coordination with local jurisdictions to bring HOLT’s vision to life. Once complete, this flagship dealership will set a new standard for sales, service, and operational efficiency across the HOLT Cat network.
