HOLT Agribusiness Sulphur Springs

This project marked Acuform’s first collaboration with HOLT Companies and established a trusted relationship that remains strong today. As HOLT expanded into the agribusiness sector, a new market for the company, Acuform was engaged to develop a prototypical facility that would support the brand while meeting the specific needs of farm and ranch equipment sales and service.
The facility includes a spacious retail showroom, private offices, a high-capacity parts warehouse and an eighteen-bay service area designed for large-scale agricultural machinery. Concrete tilt-wall construction was selected for its durability, construction efficiency and clean, professional appearance that aligns with the HOLT image.
To support HOLT’s sustainability goals, the design incorporates energy-efficient mechanical systems and strategic site planning. This milestone project helped define HOLT’s presence in the agribusiness market and set a strong foundation for future facility development.
