Holt CAT

Following the successful delivery of Holt’s North Texas facility in Little Elm, Acuform was re-engaged to design a larger, more centrally located facility to meet the growing demands of Holt’s operations in Central Texas. This new project provided an opportunity to build on our previous collaboration, incorporating lessons learned and advancing the design to support expanded capabilities and long-term business goals

Working in close collaboration with Holt representatives, we implemented updated design strategies tailored to support more complex workflows and expanded service offerings. The facility integrates cutting-edge technologies and extensive systems automation to enhance operational efficiency across departments. Key job functions were restructured for improved compartmentalization, while the customer sales area was opened up to create a more inviting and intuitive experience for clients and visitors.

To better satisfy shifting market demands, the new facility includes expanded service bays capable of accommodating larger equipment and faster turnaround times. A dedicated parts warehouse and streamlined distribution systems were integrated to improve logistics and inventory management. The design also features advanced diagnostic and testing areas to support more specialized service needs. Dedicated training and staff development spaces were included to promote ongoing workforce growth and education. Additionally, customer engagement zones and product display areas were thoughtfully incorporated to elevate the overall user experience.

The design also incorporates sustainable building strategies, supporting long-term performance and operational cost savings.

With over 85,000 SF of purpose-built space, this new Central Texas facility positions Holt for continued leadership in their industry while delivering a powerful blend of functionality, innovation, and customer-focused design.
