Acuform was engaged to design the Austin facility, the eighth Texas First Rentals location we have worked on for the Holt Group. Drawing from our experience with sites across Texas, we approached this project with a fresh perspective, creating a more contemporary look and feel to capture the unique Austin vibe, while maintaining the operational efficiency the brand demands.
Using standard pre-engineered metal building systems in a creative way, we delivered a design that met budget goals and accelerated the construction schedule without sacrificing style or function. The facility also features a dedicated equipment wash rack with a reclaimed water system, supporting both operational needs and sustainable practices. This modernized approach sets the Austin location apart from its counterparts while reinforcing the Texas First Rentals brand identity.
We realize the scope-budget equation is challenging, but Acuform delivered a very workable solution exceeding our expectations.
