Acuform was engaged to design a new freestanding office building in the growing community of Garden Ridge. While the site enjoys high visibility along busy FM 2252, it also borders an established residential neighborhood, requiring extensive involvement in public presentations and advocacy to support the Owner’s right to develop the property through a challenging and subjective review process.

The overall building design reflects a Texas Hill Country aesthetic, incorporating native stone, stucco, and warm wood accents to harmonize with the natural surroundings and complement the scale of neighboring homes. Careful attention was given to creating inviting, functional spaces, while the adaptable floor plan allows the Owner to easily scale operations as the business grows. A dedicated lease space was also included to provide additional revenue in the short term and accommodate future expansion needs.
